Stephanie Figueroa spent the early part of her career at investment firms. Now she is a passionate and dedicated mortgage professional helping homeowners understand their options and feel confident through the loan process. She believes clients deserve personalized guidance and honest advice, and strives to build relationships that can last a lifetime – whether they’re purchasing, refinancing, or investing.

Joining the team at Veterans First Mortgage in the spring of 2026, Stephanie is proud to serve in her community honoring our nation’s heroes, helping Veterans and military families achieve the dream of homeownership. A Utah native with a Spanish background, she offers her services in both Spanish and English. She loves a good challenge and is looking forward to making new connections with her clients and treating them like familia.

Stephanie is the eldest daughter and comes from a big family, including triplet siblings, so she understands the importance of work-life balance. As a family-oriented person she is always in communication with her relatives and loved ones. She also has two nephews who are in the United States Marine Corps, stationed in San Diego. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys taking her son out for new experiences and on trips. Sparky, her 2-pound Chihuahua, gets treated to long walks on the beach and great views.
