With a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis on management from Cal State Chico, Kevin Gorman began his career in the mortgage lending industry with Veterans First Mortgage in the fall of 2025. He has thoroughly enjoyed working with service members because he deeply respects the sacrifices they make for our country, adding, “I find it rewarding to help them maximize the benefits they have earned.”

Kevin strives to live up to the company name by putting veterans first, literally, every day and is always keeping an eye on empowering them to achieve the dream of homeownership. He considers himself disciplined and consistent, and will take full ownership of every transaction that comes across his desk. As every client’s situation is unique, he believes in a highly personalized approach. To this end, he will tailor his communication, strategy, and solutions to each borrower’s specific needs. Kevin is a clear and transparent communicator with a strong attention to detail. He is also bilingual, in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find Kevin on a running trail—he enjoys the challenge of everything from a 5K to a half marathon. He’s also a passionate traveler and has made it a goal to explore a new country every year.
