Charlotte Woynar started working at Veterans First Mortgage in 2018 as a loan processor, a role she held for eight years, and in which she earned “Superstar Award” status. She made the transition to full-fledged Loan Officer in early 2026. Her background in processing adds a level of detail and understanding to all facets of the loan application. She has a brother and two grandfathers who served in the United States Navy, so working with Veterans and their families to achieve their goals of homeownership is especially satisfying.

Charlotte is dedicated to helping people get into a home of their own. One of the most important aspects of this transaction, for her, is building the relationship with her clients. She aims to be a resource for them, even after closing. “I want to be their lender for life,” she says.

A self-proclaimed baseball fanatic, Charlotte loves cheering on the San Diego Padres. For other fun outlets she likes to bake, hike, travel, and read.
