Vaughn Coloroso, who goes by V, has been working in real estate since 2017. He started on the home sales side as a real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers alike. Despite doing over three times the number of deals as the average agent, volume and units were never his proudest accomplishments. His most rewarding moments were when he would hear how well he delivered service to his clients.
V’s grandfather was in the United States Air Force and his cousins served in the United States Army, and he considers it a privilege to take the skills he learned as an agent to now serve those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. “My clients can expect a relentless effort on my part to get them the best deal while prioritizing efficiency and great communication,” he says. V has learned that being proactive is not an option – it’s a must. He looks at his customers’ deadlines like he looks at ETAs on Google maps: he expects to reach his goal ahead of schedule!
When not helping clients, V is usually playing sports like golf or hockey, trying new local restaurants, and enjoying time with family. If it were up to his Australian Shepherd, Jepson, however, he’d work half as much and triple the amount of frisbee play time.
