Savi Paul

Loan Officer Salt Lake City, UT NMLS #2660679

Savi Paul started his career with Hewlett Packard in 2015, working as a sales enablement representative. For the past decade he has worked in software marketing and advertising sales in key account and executive management positions, then with a marketing agency that specializes in services for financial advisors. He made the transition to Veterans First Mortgage as a loan officer in the fall of 2024.

Savi grew up on a Navajo reservation in Arizona, living with his family and doing ranch work with horses, cows, and sheep. He also has several family members who’ve served in the United States military, most notably an uncle who was a Navajo Code Talker in the Pacific Theater during World War II. “The stories of those heroes have been deeply internalized in me from a young age, and make me proud of coming from such a rich heritage,” says Savi, adding that he always appreciates the sacrifices Veterans make for their families. Any opportunity he has to make a positive difference in a Veteran’s life, he will happily do so.

Driven and adaptable, Savi will dive into challenges with a smile and prides himself on his problem solving. He’s always learning and eager to refine his skills or make meaningful contributions to his team. With all that seriousness, though, he also never misses a chance to add some humor along the way.

Savi spends as much time as he can with family, especially his younger sister, who he considers a best friend. Often, since his family is spread out, time together means long phone calls exchanging the latest “rez gossip.” Having grown up as somewhat of a cowboy, is an avid outdoorsman, and seizes any chance he can to get outside – especially with his dog, Daisy. His hobbies include climbing, fishing, woodworking, leatherwork, and cooking. And if you have any sort of sports team that needs an extra player, give Savi a call.
