Luke Vogel worked successfully in automotive sales and management for five years before joining the team at Veterans First Mortgage. He earned his BA in political science from the University of Missouri and his MBA in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
Luke’s grandfather and several uncles both served in the military. His grandfather served in Patton’s Army as a member of the Signal Corp during World War II. His uncle Joe served in the United States Army and his Uncle Jerry served in the United States Air Force, both during the Vietnam era. With this family affiliation to service, the opportunity to help Veterans apply for and receive mortgage financing is exciting for Luke both personally and professionally.
Work is something Luke enjoys, and he feels satisfied when he knows his work day has been productive. “I’m not afraid to work hard because I’ve found that the outcome is rewarding both personally and professionally,” says Luke. He enjoys being part of a team and feels great knowing that people can rely on him.
Luke and his wife enjoy gardening, creating artwork, and making music. They also spend weekends exploring the San Diego food scene, practicing healthy living, visiting the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, and relaxing at one of the many beaches in the area.
