After taking some time off work to raise her children, Heather Lewis started running a successful retail business from her home. She made the transition to working as a loan officer at Veterans First Mortgage® to provide compassionate customer care and help servicemembers and their families build their dreams of owning their own homes. For her, being here means supporting those who sacrificed so much for our country.

Heather believes in working hard to see a job through. She is not afraid of the word “no” and won’t give up easily if it means achieving success for her clients or getting through a difficult circumstance. She truly understands the value of communication and working as a team.

That team player attitude comes in handy when she’s not at work, too. She’s married and has six children, and is active in serving in her church community. She’s a music-lover at heart, spending her spare time playing guitar.
