Connor Bushnell started his career with Veterans First Mortgage in 2015 as part of our contacting team while he was still in high school. After spending a year abroad in New Zealand, he returned in 2019 and became a certified loan officer. Over the years he has proven his mettle and established a record of success, earning President’s Circle honors year after year. Connor was promoted to AVP, Branch Manager in 2026.

Connor appreciates working in a positive, collaborative environment and has great respect for the Veterans he serves. He enjoys working with clients who have the goal and hope of homeownership, and making those ambitions come to fruition. He will never forget one client who tearfully thanked him after closing and said, “You’re the only person who’s ever told me I could own a home, and you made it happen.” Making a positive difference in people’s lives is the ultimate reward, in Connor’s eyes.

A strong work ethic is one of Connor’s most strongly held values, which he attributes to his parents and also his grandmothers, who were both single mothers of three. They set the standard and proved to him from an early age that anything is achievable through hard work. Connor is grateful for the influence of strong women in his life and remains close with his grandmothers and parents. Outside of the office, Connor enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing just about anything competitive, especially golf, pickleball, and board games. He also loves the chance to “unplug” with a good camping trip, fishing, or a motorcycle ride through the mountains.
